Abstract:
Providing training programs in any educational system is an urgent need for improving teacher’s performances and development their skills, attitudes and increase their productivity in all areas in which they operate. The Ministry of Education in the Kingdom of Bahrain offering training programs for professional development for teachers in their specialties, and these programs does not including training programs based on the training need of teachers doing the supervision for educational activities in primary education. This study focuses on the effectiveness of the proposed program of professional development of administrators in educational activities in primaryschools of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
