dc.description.abstract |
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of two training programs on Health Related Physical Fitness of physical education majors at Al-Najah and Palestine Technical College, and making a comparison in these effects between the two departments. The sample used consisted of (40) students; (20) students from each department. The students were given pre- and post-tests on all items of (AAHPERD) Health Related Physical Fitness before and after (16) weeks of training. Results revealed significant differences in Health Related Physical Fitness between pre and posttests in favor of posttest in both departments. Also, the results revealed that there were non-significant differences in the level of Health Related Physical Fitness on the post test between the two departments. |
