dc.description.abstract |
This study aimed at investigating the significance of differences of job satisfaction by a sample of kindergarten teachers who work at governmental and private schools in Jordan in light of some variables. The sample of the study consisted of 85 kindergarten teachers. The researcher used a questionnaire containing (59) statement to assess the level of job satisfaction among kindergarten teachers who work in schools affiliated to the Ministry of Education or to private authority in Jordan. The results of the study showed that the following variables affect the level of job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers in Jordan: salary, social state, experience, and qualification and supervision authority. Job satisfactions was higher in teachers whose salaries is less than 100 Jordan Dinars, married, who hold intermediate diploma, of longer experience, and who work at private sector. |
