dc.description.abstract |
This study attempted to explore the Recognition of Professional Training Needs for Arabic Language Teachers in the Second Stage of basic education and how it relates to the variable of sex and experience. The sample of the study consisted of (128) male and female teachers of Arabic, and (26) educational supervisors were chosen randomly. The researcher developed a questionnaire to achieve the goals of the study, after its validity and reliability more established, the questionnaire consisted of (59) professional. The result revealed that male and female Arabic teachers` estimations concentrated on the average of the need degree for training. The averages were successively (1.16) and (1.18). The supervisors estimations concentrated on the great degree of need for training. The average was (1.37). The results also showed no significant differences as a result of teacher’s sex, and significant differences for some dimensions at the level of (0.5) as a result of teacher’s experience. Recommendation and further researches are required. |
