dc.description.abstract |
The study aimed at examining the relationship between the degree of cultural adaptation of Omani students at Jordanian Universities and their academic achievement. It also aimed at identifying the effect of gender, program, type of university, year of study, and marital status. The study was conducted (238) students at three universities in Jordan. The reserve used a question for collecting data after confirming its relativity and reliability. Results showed that there were no significant difference of cultural adjustment due to male and female students, scientific degree, and student’s marital status. And academic achievement. Moreover, it revealed a significant difference in terms of student’s level, which was in favour of the third year students. Results also showed a significant difference with respect to the type of university, which was in favour of the University of Jordan. |
