Abstract:
The present research attempted to suggest a concept of the vocational development unit for the educational stuff in the Girls Educational Colleges in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the quality control by defining the vocational development fields to the educational authority member in the girls colleges according to his views. The participants were (28) assistant professors from different specialization at the Girls Educational Colleges. For collecting the data two measures were used after confirming the validity and reliability coefficients. Data were analyzed by using mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA. The findings of this study were as following. A greater emphasis should place on vocational development in the discussion, conversation, supervision of thesis, and E-learning as well computing teaching. The results revealed that itʼs very important to staff members to be aware of the new world experiences in the ways of teaching and self-developing. Also, it is very crucial to encourage staff to do scientific research and attend the conferences. The study recommended to develop the teacher preparation program based on the vocational development module suggested by this study.
