Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to investigate the degree of effective performance in using the in Hebron schools, and to determine the differences of the degree of effective performance in using standards in Hebron schools due to the some variables.The sample of this descriptive survey research consisted of (256) of the total population. For collecting data a questionnaire was used and it validity and reliabit it were computed. Major findings were as follows: 1- The respondents perceived that the evaluation of the degree of effective performance in using standards of Total Quality Management (TQM) in Hebron schools was medium degree. The most effective performance in using standards of (TQM) in Hebron schools was the planning strategy domain, while the least was the relationship between schools & local community. 2- No statistically significant differences were found due to the respondents, sex, and years of experience variables. Finally this study came up with a number of recommendations.
