The Participation of Secondary School Managers in Planning the Teacher's Professional Training Programs in Kuwait

dc.description.abstract This study examined the participation of Secondary School Managers in Kuwait, in planning the teachers professional training programs .The questionnaire form consisted of two parts: The first part contained demographic questions; while the second part contained (14) items divided into two components: the first one to measure the present participation of the school manager in teacher’s professional training, and the second one to examine the factors of developing his role in planning teacher’s professional training programs. The sample was (121) managers (male & female) from all the educational zones. The findings of the study indicated that most of the school managers were doing there role in developing the teachers professional growth. Also, there was a significant difference in gender for female schools. en_US
