dc.description.abstract This study aimed at identifying the major problems and obstacles that face teachers and students in carrying out electronic learning on Physics. The sample of the study consisted of (28) male and female teachers who taught computerized Physics to eleventh grade scientific stream students, and (89) students who studied Physics by electronic methods. To achieve the purposes of the study two questionnaires were designed; one for teachers and the other for students. The results of the study showed that the major obstacles that teachers face in carrying out electronic learning were: the lack of equipment in the lab, problems of computers and internet, the lack of the internet service at school, the difficulty of learning physics without tutors, the lack of internet at homes and wasting time while shifting between sites and pages on internet. The result also showed that The major obstacles that students face in carrying out electronic learning were: the lack of computer labs for Science classes, the overlapping of the electronic learning lesson with the computer lessons at school, not having enough computer for all students, lack of technician that can repair technical problems that might arise in computers and the internet, most students do not have internet service at home. In addition there were no technician for computer labs as science labs, slow of opening the websites and lack of technical aids when necessary. en_US
