dc.description.abstract |
The current study aimed at developing a model of knowledge management at the Jordanian Education system. To admire this objective the researcher developed a instrument Ensisted of six subsections. The sample consisted of 80 “principals and section heads” in the Ministry of Education in Jordan. The researcher used the developmental survey research method and the study reached the following results: - All of the six aspects of knowledge management got average, where their means were between (2.18) and (2.93), which indicated that the current situation of knowledge management in the Jordanian educational system was of average. - The study came up with a suggested model which comprised six elements, each of which includes a group of processor in the following manner: identification of knowledge, determination of goals and objectives, generation of knowledge, knowledge storage, knowledge distribution and knowledge application, supported with the investment of technical dimension in each stage. |
