dc.description.abstract |
The study aims at identifying the practiced role of physical education teacher in improving the organizational environment at Jordanian school according to specific variables; gender, qualification, experience and educational stage. The sample of the study consisted of 74 teachers (males and females) which was chosen randomly. For data collection a questionnaire was designed and developed after validity and reliability were checked. The study revealed that physical education teachers scored a high degree in improving the organizational environment. It also showed that there were no significant differences due to gender, qualification, experience or educational stage variables. The study recommended that physical education teacher incentives and encouraging were very essential. In addition, the need to provide physical education teacher with opportunities to attend and engage in seminars and lectures related to organizational environment. |
