Abstract:
This study aimed at recognizing the degree of effectiveness applying Total Quality Management (TQM) criteria in the Directorate of Education, South Region in Jordan from the view point of the Education Directory, and departments heads. The population of the study consisted of (200) directors, and departments’ heads, The data was collected by using a reliable validated questionnaire. The findings of the study was as follow: 1. The respondents perceived the degree of evaluation by applying the standard of the (TQM) for the Directory of Education, South Region in Jordan was high 2. No statically significant differences were found due to the respondents, position, Qualification, and years of experience variables in first and second domain, but there were statically significant differences found due to the respondents inter action between position, qualification, and years of experience variables in third and forth domain, for administrative who have a Diploma and higher and the have years of experience more than ten years finally this study came up with a number of recommendations.
