dc.description.abstract |
The present study aimed at investigating the degree of possession of instructional design processes among technical instruction teachers in Gaza Strip, and the degree of practice of these processes when they develop their textbooks. The researcher has adopted the analytical descriptive approach in reaching the questionnaire of instructional design processes. This questionnaire has been distributed to the sample of (279) male and female teachers of the technical instruction colleges in Gaza Strip. The findings have shown that the degrees of possession and practice of the instructional design processes among technical instruction teachers in Gaza Strip are low, the total teachers possession percentage of the instructional design processes was (%57.5), while the total teachers practice percentage of these processes was (%52.0). In the light of these findings, the researcher has recommended that: Buildup a unit for developing teachers delivery in technical colleges, and Implement Training Workshops for them in instructional design field. |
