dc.description.abstract The objective of this study was to recognize the efficiency of suggested program speed and strength training and its effect on kinesthetic variables and learning the forehand smash of Badminton. The quasi experimental approach was used. A sample consisted of 30 students divided; control and experimental groups. For the experimental group, a new training program was implemented for (6) weeks, (3) training sessions of (45) minutes per session. According to the data analysis, there were statistically significant differences in favor of the post-test of the control group on the skill performance test. The results of the experimental group indicated statistically significant differences in favor of the post test of the kinesthetic variables and the skill performance learning in Badminton. Further, the post test results of the two groups showed statistically significant differences in favor of the experimental group in kinesthetic variables and the skill performance learning in Badminton. The researcher recommended that we should use the speed and strength training efficiently because it develops the kinesthesis variables and learning the forehand smash of Badminton. en_US
