dc.description.abstract The study aimed at examining the degree to which children of Jordanian families enjoy their educational, cultural, psychological, social, and civil rights. The researchers designed an instrument consisting of (47) items covering four domains. After verifying the validity and reliability of the instrument, it was applied on a sample of (520) subjects which was chosen randomly. The study appealed that the degree of enjoyment of Jordanian families children of their educational, cultural, psychological, social, and civil rights was high. There were statistically significant differences in the degree of enjoyment of educational, cultural, psychological, social, and civil rights attributed to gender in favor of females. There were statistically significant differences in the degree of enjoyment of cultural rights and the overall fields attributed to place of residence in favor of urban areas residents. Also, there were no differences in the educational, psychological social and civil fields between city and village residents. The tindinges reveled There were significant differences in the degree of enjoyment of educational cultural, psychological, social , and civil rights due to income of family in favor of families with more than (600 JD) income. The study came out with some recommendations, the most important of which was motivating parents to keep in touch with their children’s administrative and instructional staff. en_US
