The sample of the study consisted of 90 school counselors in public schools in the Ministry of Education in Jordan. The results revealed that the counselors obtained moderate mean scores in the level of practices of required roles in the total mean score, while they obtained the highest mean scores in providing services to students with special needs dimension. They obtained the lowest mean scores in the counselor's role in the measurement and evaluation dimension.
