Effect of Using Thinking Program "Talents Unlimited" in Developing Creative Writing Skills among the Second Grade Students

dc.description.abstract The study aims at: - Measuring the effectiveness of using the program of thinking (Talent Unlimited) in the development of creative writing skills to second intermediate students, and to achieve this goal the study prepared the following tools - A list of the skills of creative writing that should be available to the second intermediate students. - A test which measures the extent to which students are able to use creative writing skills. The proposed program for the teaching of creative writing skills using the program of thinking Talent Unlimited The validity and reliability of the test was established. The tools of the study have been applied on a sample of (70) female students: 35 students of the control group and 35 students of the experimental group. The results have been reached by calculating the value of (T) to clarify the difference between female experimental and control groups. The pre-test results have shown the weakness of students in the skills of creative writing and the value of (T) is insignificance. The post- test results showed a positive impact for the use of the proposed program in the development of creative writing skills. And the value of (T) is significant at the level of 0.01. The effectiveness of the program is measured by calculating the value Eta square to measure the size of the impact that reached: 94'0 which is high, and indicates the effectiveness of the program. en_US
