Abstract:
The objective of this study is to measure the degree of practicing efficiencies of continuous education by primary education teachers. The test has been applied on a sample of primary education teachers at Administration of Education, Sabya Governorate, for the year 2011/2012. The size of the sample amounted to 200 male and female teachers. The researcher used the (SPSS15) program to carry out the statistical treatment. Conclusion of the study refers that the average level of practicing efficiencies of continuous education by primary education teachers does not amount to the cutting degree of the test (24).This refers to the low level of practicing efficiencies of continuous education by primary education teachers. The present study also concluded that there is no significant difference among primary education teachers as for practicing efficiencies of continuous education that might be attributed to differences of variables (sex, qualification, specialization, experience, and courses). The researcher attributes this to the low level of practicing efficiencies of continuous education by primary education teachers.
