dc.description.abstract |
The study aimed at investigating the educational supervision role in directing the learning processes toward cognitive economy. The researchers developed an instrument consists of (25) competencies that leads to an effective supervising role. This instrument has been implemented on educational leaders, supervisors, and teachers. This method has been inspired by the educational developing plan. The results of the study: 1- The method has proved to be important. The total average is (3.31) out of (4). 2- It shows an important interest in an effective role for learner as he is considered the main element in the learning processes, as all learning processes have to consider the needs of learner and his abilities and readiness and his career's priorities. 3- It shows differences that have statistical significance among the opinions of leaders, educational supervisors, teachers with regard to the role of educational supervising and its efficiency. |
