dc.description.abstract |
The research aims to know the level of professional development from the point of view of faculty members, and how to promote this level in the hope of reaching a high level of professional development to contribute to the quality of education at Al-Qassim University. The research also aims to identify the indicators and quality standards performance of faculty members and identify the level of their professional development and to see the type of relationship to college, citizenship, academic rank, the university granting them the doctoral degree, and level of professional development they have. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method. Most significant results are: the reality of professional development for faculty members at the University of Al- Qassim achieved a fair degree. This requires the need to upgrade professional development of faculty members. The results also indicated that there was no significant difference at level (0.05) on the level of professional development from the point of view of faculty members for each area of study. The total score of the areas combined depend on the following variables: college, sex, rank and type of university awarding the doctoral degree (Arab/foreign). |
