Conceived Proposal for Applying the Differentiated Educational Supervision in the Pre-university Education in Egypt

dc.description.abstract The current study aimed to know the philosophy of differentiated educational supervision, and the educational foundations on which it is based, and the reality of environmental analysis for educational supervision methods used on the ground in Egypt, and to give an imagination for applying a proposal of the differentiated educational supervision in Egypt. The study used a descriptive approach, and SWOT model .The study found the following results: For the order of axes and reality supervision from the point of view of the study sample, the order came as follows: axis of mechanisms, then the focus of the goals, and finally axis of effectiveness. For availability of phrases and reality of educational supervision came ratios in its entirety lower than the required level and that from the point of view of the study sample, as the most of phrases had completed in middle level or lower it. For the impact of study variables: type of qualification (educational, non-education), gender (male / female), years of experience (less than 5 years, 5 - 10 years, more than 10 years), educational level (elementary, junior high, high school) on responses of study sample, the results indicate lack of statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample attributed to these variables. en_US
