dc.description.abstract The study explores the satisfaction degree of teachers and department heads on the Teacher's Efficiency Report Card currently applied by the Ministry of Education in The State of Kuwait. The study used descriptive analytical survey tool, and was applied to a stratified random sample consisting of (3216) teachers and department heads from all three educational levels attached to Al-Ahmadi Educational District. The study concluded several results including: (1) the highest satisfaction degree was toward the axis of individual performance efficiency, followed by the axis of personal ability, finally the axis of collective performance efficiency; (2). There are statistically significant differences between the respondents about their satisfaction regarding the Teacher's Efficiency Report Card and the study variables: gender, job title, educational level, and years of service. The study made several recommendations, such as: (1) the Teacher's Efficiency Report Card should include items relating to the technical side of teaching; (2) more interest should be directed to re-state the terms on the Teacher's Efficiency Report Card to be more accurate in order to avoid Confusion with a wide range: such as the term “transfer of expertise”, and “cooperation”, so as not to be interpreted in different ways by the supervisors. en_US
