dc.description.abstract This study aimed to investigate the relationship between college adjustment and locus of control, and the differences in college adjustment and the grade point average (GPA). Also the differences between college adjustment, and the student’s level of study. This Study Based on a sample of (309) female students from school of education, King Saud University. For collecting the data two instruments were used. The college adjustment scale (prepared by the researcher) and Rotter’s locus of control scale. The reliability and the validity of the instruments were tested The results found a relationship between college adjustment and the internal locus of control in a significance. his result goes along with other studies done in other cultures. Also the study found significant differences in the college adjustment according to the grade point average (GPA). Finally there were no significant differences in the college adjustment according to the students’ second, third, and fourth level of study. en_US
