dc.description.abstract The study aimed to design an e-training program in the use of Blackboard and measure its effectiveness and satisfaction among the faculty staff at Princess Noura University. (42) faculty staff members at Princess Noura University were included. Utilizing Pre and post tests and satisfaction survey, the study showed the effectiveness and high satisfaction of this e-training program among the faculty staff to adopt Blackboard as a learning management system. Based on the study results, the two investigators provided a set of recommendations and proposals including generalizing this program to the rest of staff at PNU and other universities en_US
