dc.description.abstract The study aimed at identifying the effectiveness of an instructional program based on digital multimedia strategy in teaching technology on developing electronic skills of seventh graders. To achieve this objective the two researchers designed a program based on a model of designing teaching. The study sample consisted of (36) students equally assigned to an experimental and control groups. The experimental group subjects were taught using digital multimedia, whereas their counterparts in the control group were taught via the conventional method. An achievement test and observation check list were administrated on the sample. The results showed the presence of statistically significant differences in cognitive achievement and performance in electronic skills attributable to the teaching mode and in favor of using digital multimedia. Besides, the subjects of the experimental group reached the mastery level of (90%) in both the cognitive domain and performance. Moreover, the program has a great effect on developing the electronic skills among the subjects according to Mac Jojian equation. en_US
