Abstract:
The current study aimed at developing an objective tool for measuring the degree of efficiency of the human resources management in the general education institutions to verify credibility and applicability in these Institutions. The measure includes in its final version (70) criteria which meet the standard criteria for credibility. It also covers nine key dimensions. The measure has been applied to 35 of the staff , and to 100 specialists in the directorates of education in Jordan in the academic year 2008/2009.The total number has reached 135 heads of sections and staff. The reliability coefficient of the tool has reached 0.92. In light of these results, the researcher recommends to benefit from this research in assessing the degree of efficiency in the human resources management in the educational institutions, an instrument such as this has not been established yet in the educational institutions.
