dc.description.abstract The study aimed at developing an electronic course in instructional technology and managing it through the moodle system for the purpose of developing student teachers’ e-learning concepts and measuring their attitudes towards the course at faculty of education. The study findings revealed that there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental and control groups in the post-achievement test of e-learning technology concepts in favour of the experimental group. There were also statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental and control groups in the post-testing of the attitudes towards the instructional technology course in favour of the experimental group. en_US
