dc.description.abstract The present study aimed to identify the level of availability of the elements of the educational interaction with faculty members, as perceived by female students of colleges of education at the University of Dammam. It also aimed to detect the presence of statistically significant differences between averages of grades according to the variables (college, specialty, cumulative rate evaluation). To this end, the present study used the descriptive methodology and administered a questionnaire with (40) items to a sample of (762) college female students to measure educational interaction among faculty members. The study reached the following conclusion : • Availability of educational interaction among faculty members as perceived by female students of colleges of education at Dammam University, at average level regulatory elements ranked first ; personal elements ranked second ; academic elements ranked third and social elements ranked fourth. • Nonexistence of differences with statistical significance among the grade averages of female students of colleges of education at Dammam University, for the level of the availability of educational interaction among faculty members, and that can be attributed to college variable. • There are significant differences with statistical significance among the grade averages of female students of colleges of education at Dammam University, for the level of the availability of educational interaction among faculty members that can be attributed to the specialty variables for the benefit of the literary sections. • Nonexistence of differences with statistical significance among the grade averages of female students of colleges of education at Dammam University, for the level of the availability of educational interaction among faculty members, and that can be attributed to cumulative rate grading en_US
