dc.description.abstract This research aimed to identify the application of secondary school principals in Al-Karak Governorate of methods of management of organizational conflict from Islamic perspective and its influence by gender, educational qualification, and educational experience variables. To achieve the research purpose a questionnaire was designed which consisted of (37) items. The research sample consisted of (81) principals. The results showed a high application of methods of management of organizational conflict from Islamic perspective and on all the fields, and that there were no statistical (α ≤ 0.05) effect to the variables of gender, educational qualification, and educational experience. en_US
