This study aimed at exploring the differences in teachers’ and students’ evaluation of computer usage according to the number of training periods, nationality, school level, and major subjects. Two questionnaires were developed and administered to 100 teachers and 170 students at secondary schools in Makkah Al-Mukkaramah. The data analysis revealed that teachers who received training courses in computer were more positive in their evaluation of computer usage than those who didn’t receive such training. Saudi teachers were better than non-Saudi teachers in using computers in education. The results showed that students who received computer training were better than those who didn’t receive such training on computer usage. |
