The body areas most affected by injuries were the palm )16.61%(, followed by the wrist joint )12.29%( and the shoulder joint )12.18%(. The most common causes of injuries were the lack of good warm-up )16.61%( followed by allowing the player to return to training before full recovery )8.05%( and poor skill preparation )5.47%(. There were statistically significant differences in the incidence of injuries, their types, location, and causes, among the four collective games )football, basketball, handball, and volleyball(. The study recommends that trainers should pay attention to adequate warm-up, safety and safety factors to prevent injuries. |
