dc.description.abstract The research aims at revealing the effectiveness of designing personal learning environment based on infographics in developing the cognitive achievement and modify attitudes towards its use among students of Al-Aqsa University. The experiment has been applied to a deliberate sample of 79 students who have the desire to participate. The research instruments )test of the cognitive achievement about the basic concept the learning computer and its applications, the attitude towards using personal learning environment( are conducted before and after personal learning environment based on infographics. Accordingly, this has contributed effectively to the development of cognitive achievement as well as the modification of the attitude towards its use among students en_US
