dc.description.abstract The current study aimed to figure out the trends of the deans of students affairs and the directors of the disabled centers towards the e-learning system in the Gulf universities, and how these trends vary according to a set of different variables. The sample of the study consisted of )55( deans of student affairs and directors of the disabled centers. The results showed that the deans of student affairs and the directors of the disabled centers got a medium degree on the directions scale. Also, the occurrence of differences with statistical significance in the axes of university administration, faculty members and infrastructure is due to the variable of work nature in favor of the directors of the centers. The occurrence of differences with statistical significance in the axes of the university administration, faculty members and curricula is due to the gender variable in favor of males. The results also indicate that there are differences with statistical significance due to the variable of scientific qualification in favor of bachelor and Ph.D. holders. In addition, the occurrence of differences with statistical significance is due to the number of years of experience variable in favor of those with more than 5 years’ experience. The results also found differences with statistical significance due to the specialization variable in favor of those with scientific specializations. Final results revealed that there were no differences with statistical significance due to the state variable en_US
