The Psychological and Professional Stresses among Workers at Private Educational Institutions in the North of West Bank

dc.description.abstract The study aimed at identifying the psychological and professional stresses among workers at the private educational institutions in the North of West Bank. Further, the study aimed at identifying the impact of variables such as gender, educational qualifications, years of experience on the study participants. To achieve the study objectives, a descriptive analytical methodology was adopted. A questionnaire consisting of )30( items divided into three domains was distributed on a randomly selected sample that consisted of )70( individuals who worked in the private educational institutions in North of West Bank. The study data was analyzed SPSS program. The study results indicated that psychological and professional stresses among the workers were very high. Also, the results showed that there were statically significant differences at (a =0.05) about the psychological and professional stresses among the workers attributed to the variables of gender, educational qualifications, years of experience and the academic specialization. According to the study results, several suggestions have been recommended, among them: the necessity of training the workers in special skills which may lead to severe emotional emptiness in periodical system, the necessity of training the targeted workers on how to control their emotions. In addition, the importance of designing and carrying out some preventive programs which may help the workers deal with individuals’ needs in order to achieve the best adjustment with the difficulties of the work and its needs. en_US
