dc.description.abstract The study aimed at measuring the effectiveness of a training program based on problem solving strategy on developing the classroom management skills of the university students. The study followed the quasi-experimental method and the used tools were an observation card of the student's management skills during his teaching in the classroom and a problem-based training program. The study sample included )58( female university students during the first semester of the year 1437 – 1438 H. The results showed that the overall average of the classroom management skills corresponds to the )always( score for all skills except the skills )communication and evaluation( corresponding to the degree (often). There are also statistically significant differences at the level of )α=0.01( of classroom management skills between pre-performance and post-performance. All these differences were in favor to the average grade of students in the post-performance. The study recommended enhancing the management skills of female students in the undergraduate stage and developing them through holding training courses for female students. en_US
