Abstract:
The study aimed to reveal the degree of student satisfaction with computerized
tests and the obstacles to their application at Al-Aqsa University. To achieve
this goal, the researcher used the descriptive approach, where he prepared the
study tool, which is an electronic questionnaire consisted of two parts: the
frstone included (24) paragraphs related to the disclosure of the degree of
satisfaction with computerized tests; and the second one , and included )13(
paragraphs. It aimed at detecting obstacles to applying computerized tests .
The tool has been applied to the study sample individuals, which consisted
of )217( regular students at Al-Aqsa University. The results of the study
indicated that the level of university students’ satisfaction with the tests came
with an average score of )3.11( and a relative weight of )62.2%(, which is an
average degree of satisfaction. It was also found that there were no statistically
signifcant differences at the level of (0.05≥α( in the degree of satisfaction
with computerized tests, due to the variable of gender, educational level, and
computer culture. The study also concluded that the degree of obstacles to
applying computerized tests among students came with an average of )2.75(
and a relative weight )55%(, which is a low score, as it was found that there
were no statistically signifcant differences at the level of (0.05≥α( in the
