Abstract:
This research saught to identify the effectiveness of Mindfulness - based
Program in reducing test anxiety and Enhancing academic self effcacy among
Sample of Education College students. . The Sample of the research consisted of
40HighAchievement student. They were randomly divided into an experimental
group of 20 subjects, and a control group of 20 subjects. The researcher used fve
tools: facet mindfulness questionnaire, quiz , an academic self effcacy scale, and
a program based on mindfulness. Results of the research indicates that the program resulted in improving the skills of mindfulness among High- achievement students. It also had the effect of reducing test anxiety and enhancing academic self effcacy. The second Sample maintained its improvement during the following up.
