dc.description.abstract The aim of the research is to estimate the relative contribution of some demographic variables in predicting the quality of life on a convenience sample )N = 250( of females who practice physical sports in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, using the descriptive analytical approach. The research used the World Health Organization )WHO QOL - BREF(, after it was translated into Arabic and linguistically reformulated, and its psychometric terms were confirmed. The regression coefficient was used to identify the most important predictors of quality of life. The independent variables were the marital status, educational level, age, work, and nature of work. The dependent variable was quality of life. The results showed that females who practice physical sports have a high level of quality of life. It also showed that all aspects of quality of life were statistically significant, and it came in succession as follows: the physical health dimension ranked first with the highest arithmetic average, followed by the psychological dimension, then social relations, and then the environment. The results found that both marital status and educational level are the most important variables, respectively, that can predict the quality of life for females who practice physical sports. As for the rest of the variables, which include age, work, and nature of work, they did not contribute significantly to predicting the quality of life. en_US
