dc.description.abstract This study aimed at investigating the effect of the implementation of Blended Learning method in teaching the course (Intervention in crisis and emergency cases, which is one of the courses of social service majoring) on students’ achievement at Tulkarm educational region, the population of the study consisted of all the learners of the course; Intervention in crisis and emergency cases, in which two groups were selected which enrolled in the course; Intervention in crisis and emergency cases of social service majoring in Social & Family Development program at Tulkarm Educational Region. The sample was chosen along with other educational regions that supposed to teach certain courses through the implementation of blended learning method due to the available access to E-learning. One of the selected two groups represented the experimental group which studied the Intervention in crisis and emergency cases course through the Blended Learning method while the other groups is the controlled group which studied the course in the traditional way. The sample of the study consisted of (42) learners including (18) learners represented the experimental group while (24) students represented the traditional controlled group. The verification of the equality of the two groups was achieved by measuring the differences between the means by T-test of the independent groups, after data collection and the statistical analyses the study came up with the following results:, There is a significant difference at the level of (α≤0.05) for the learners of the intervention course before and after the implementation of the Blended learning method. There were no significant differences related to the average achievement at the level (α≤0.05) for the learners of Intervention related to students’ achievements between the traditional group and the Blended method group. Finally, at the end of the study the researcher emphasized the necessity of the insertion of E-learning through the blended method by the universities and the implementation of the virtual classes, bearing in mind the importance of training both the tutors and the learners to master this educational pattern. en_US
