dc.description.abstract The study aimed at exploring the extend of Multiple Intelligences participation in predicting of leadership pattern for Kuwaiti secondary schools leaders, the study sample consists of (450) male & female secondary schools principals, principals assistants and the heads departments. The study tools consisted of 2 scales; the Multiple Intelligences questionnaire, and the leadership type questionnaire. The tools reliability and validity were tested. The results showed that significant role of Multiple Intelligences in predicting of leadership pattern for Kuwaiti secondary schools leaders, since the linguistic, intrapersonal intelligences predict the Democratic and Laissez-faire leadership types, while the Logical- Mathematical and Naturalist intelligences predict the Autocratic leadership type. en_US
