dc.description.abstract This study sought to identify the reality of management creativity in terms of its components and its practice, and the relationship between them in order to provide some of the recommendations and develop a mechanism that may serve to activate and practice the management creativity in private kindergartens in the city of Amman. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers approach the descriptive survey, through a survey and analysis of literature on the topic of availability of primary sources and secondary and to recognize the results of research and studies in this area and to draw a general framework for the design of questionnaire about the elements of management creativity and the degree of practice in private Jordanian kindergartens and if there is a relationship between them. In ddition it amis to detect differences among the study population. Averages and standard deviations of each paragraph and each of the areas. Simple regression was used to identify a link between them. The researcher has reached the following conclusions: a degree of administrative elements of creativity is high in kindergarten. The more the degree of creativity for kindergartens’ principals the more the elements of management creativity increase. In light of the results of this study, the researchers recommended development programs for principals including intensive courses in psychology to develop a culture of creativity for them. The researchers what there in a need to take advantage of the existing global programs on management creativity to be applied to the kindergartens. They also felt the need to provide all physical facilities and morale in kindergartens, which increases the administrative elements of creativity and thus increasing the degree of exercise by directors. en_US
