dc.description.abstract These studies aimed to identify the levels of burnout among teachers in Jerash directorate of education in Jordan in light of some variables .The study sample consisted of (500) teachers chosen randomly, to achieve the objectives of this study. The researchers used Maslach inventory to measure teachers' burnout. The findings of the study were as follows: The level of burnout among teachers males and females was high on the levels of redundancy and intensity. There were statistically significant differences at the level (α<0.05) on the dimensions of the scale of burnout , lack of feelings achievement and the sag of feelings among teachers due to the variable gender for males (teachers), and the lack of feelings achievement due to the variable dimensions of frequent sag feelings and the lack of a sense of accomplishment towards the achievement to the scale burnout among teachers due to the average teachers income (300 JD) and less, and on the emotional stress frequency and intensity due to the variable of number of classes of teachers who have more than (18) class hours weekly, and also on the dimensions of frequency of emotional stress and the frequency of sag feelings in favor of teachers who work away from their homes. There were positive significant correlation at the level (α>0.01) between frequency after of emotional stress and intensity of and frequency after the sag between emotion and intensity and frequency after the lack of a sense of accomplishment and severity. en_US
