Abstract:
The study aimed to know the level of organizational culture prevailing at
Princess Nourah bint Abdul Rahman University, the degree of application
of electronic management at the university, and the role of organizational
culture in activating the application of electronic management in light of the
Kingdom's vision )2030( from the viewpoint of the university's administrative
employees, and to achieve the objectives of the study steps were followed
The relational descriptive approach, and the actual study sample consisted
of )280( female employees, )15.40%( from the original community for the
study, and the study concluded that the level of organizational culture was
higher than the average with a relative weight )71.61%( It was also found
that the degree of electronic management application was high and reached
)75.654%( at Princess Nourah Bint Abdul Rahman University, and the results
showed a statistically signifcant impact of organizational culture in activating
the application of electronic management in light of the Kingdom's vision
)2030(, and it was found that there are no differences between the averages The
responses of female administrative employees about the role of organizational
culture in activating the application of electronic management in light of the
Kingdom's vision )2030( at Princess Nourah Bint Abdul Rahman University
are due to the scientifc qualifcation variable, but differences appeared due to
the years of service variable.
The study recommended holding seminars and workshops on the policies
of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia towards the development of electronic
management and its tools, and the extent to which development policies relate
to the culture of organizations.
